There is only one true leader, if the leader is doing the correct thing ,then they pick and make those they train stronger than they are and those unworthy are vanquished
There is only one true leader the Sithari . They will be trained as an apprentice and raise to the position of Sithari (thus raising for the dead) and compel all the others to follow making them (the Sith) a force to be reckoned with in the Galaxy.
