This thread is about what our members can and can not do in accordance to placing their characters upon T-shirts, banners, etc.

To Our Designated Members...

You may place your character and our logo upon personally designed t-shirts.

HOWEVER...

Once your costume and character have a designation with us, "They are representing our club aka LFL with that character".

At that point, there arises a game changer and any time you wish to place your costume/character upon a personal thing as a t-shirt, bracelet, banner, etc, etc... it must first have Alliance council approval to do so.

There is criteria which must be met in order for you to be able to display your character upon anything in public.

1. The design and where it is to be placed must meet with Alliance Council approval.
2. Once approved, before you can begin production, it must have the LFL disclaimer upon it. Remember that after your costume has received a designation, your costume represents this club which has LFL acknowledgement. At that moment, your costume seen the same as our club Logo.
3. At no time may a personal design be mass produced for money or any kind of personal gain what so ever.
4. Even things produced to sell for charity must have council approval before proceeding. There is important and imperative protocol to follow for that.

Your costume character upon a shirt or in fact anything at all, once it is designated represents an LFL acknowledged club. Big time game changer. Those designations are not frivolous nice little numbers for show. Once a club has LFL acknowledgement... we fly under that banner and it is very important. Your designation not only comes with great prestige, but great responsibility and ... rules to live by.

If you have any questions about this, please contact an Alliance Officer.
